These windows will not stay up. It looks like the springs are shot. Is there a kit I can get to help the windows stay up? The bottom windows are 27 3/4 night.

Hi there- thanks for posting!
It sounds like you need to replace the balance system in your windows. Could you possibly remove the parts that are featured in the first photo you sent us so that we can get a better look at what you have?
