How do I orer a 2340 guide

trying to order a channel guide for my window.  order keeps on getting kicked back. need channel stamped 2340. thanks, don

We'd be happy to help. Many Series of balances use a stamp like this though so I'll need more information to ID what you have. Can you remove an undamaged balance assembly? We'd like to see clear photos of the top and bottom fittings.
