How do you fix bulging weather stripping?

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. I'll do my best to assist you, though I'm not sure what you mean when you say your weatherstripping is bulging. Can you show me a few photos of the issue at hand? 

I think it would also be best if we identify the seal itself, just in case it needs to be replaced; to this end, I'd like you to remove a small sample and show me a clear photo of the end profile. Written dimensions of the end profile would also be appreciated. I'll share a video at the end of this post that clarifies exactly what we need.

As for your windows being hard to open, are these the same windows with the bulging weatherstripping? If so, the two issues are very likely related.
