How do you install the 82-055K lock set?

Do you have a video on how to use the 82-055K patio lock set? Just bought from you and installed ...having extremely hard time unlocking it.

Hmm...There could be a few things making it hard to unlock. First did you adjust the keeper? Maybe it needs to be adjusted up or down. Another thought that comes to mind could be that the key cylinder tail is too long. It may need to be trimmed down a little. See if this information helps and let us know how everything works out.
