How do you install the 91-179?

I'm not sure what type of storm window frame you have, but you should be able to just slide in the spring into the groove at the bottom of the storm sash, then the bolt. With the bolt in the groove, line up the screw with the hole and tighten it up to secure the bolt in the frame. Let me know if this helps.
