How far from the door does the 88-009 reach?

Regarding 88-009: How far out from the door does this handle reach. I guess I am asking for the stand-off distance of the handle.

Here are two more images of the 88-009 patio door handle. I was not exactly sure which dimension you are looking for. Note that the 1-3/8" dimension is approximate (it is pretty tough to measure). I measured from the top of the arc (near the middle of the handle) to the bottom of the handle (right above that little installation screw shoot out). I know that is confusing, so I hope the image clears up exactly what I measured.
