How to adjust the OS 20121?

Question

My mirror door OS 20121 keeps coming off the tracks. How do I adjust the hardware so it's tall enough to stay on?

Thanks for reaching out to us. The code you gave us doesn't help us ID your roller so I'm afraid we don't know if you have a top roller, like the 23-027, or a bottom roller like the 23-225. In either case, you would have to go in the back of the door and look for the adjusting screw that will raise or lower the door.
