How to buy a tilt piece on my NAMI window?

Hello,

I have a window from NAMI. The glass is cracked on the interior side and is now having condensation in between the two panels. Is there a way to buy just the "tilt" piece of the window unit or do I have to purchase a whole new window system.

Thanks for the photos! If the glass is the only thing that's broken, a local glass shop might be able to advise. If you have to replace the window sash, your best bet would be to contact the original manufacturer whoever they may be.
