How to change wool pile in window frame

I want to replace my wool pile weatherstripping. It is installed in the frame not on the window. How do I get it out or new one installed? I have seen your video for the windows sash wool pile but this is not the same.

The wool pile on a window master frame is installed before they put the frame together. To remove it, you would have to make a cut on the groove to slide out the old wool pile.
