How to determine coil balance replacement parts

Question

Just bought this house and have several window coil balances broken. Not sure what type of vynl windows I have but they tilt inside. House is about 12 years old. How do I determine which replacement parts I need? Pictures below

Thanks for posting! Just by eyeballing your picture, it looks like you have our 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. Does that look about right? If so, you may have our Series 190 coil spring. Take a look and see if you agree. You may also want to consider our 15-181 Double Support Detent Clip and our 15-182 Balance Bushing.
