How to find roller number to order replacement

Is there a way to locate the roller part number without taking the door off? All I can find is the glass information.

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no way for us to determine the correct replacement for your roller while it is still installed. We understand that having to remove the original roller without having a replacement on hand is a lot of work but, unforutnately, there is no other information that would indicate the correct replacement.
