I am confident we can supply you with a suitable replacement for your existing casement window operator, but I'll need to see a clearer view of the entire operator to confirm the correct one. I'll also need to see photos of the attachments on the on the end of the arms to determine exactly how the operator interacts with the hardware installed to the bottom of the swinging window sash.
