How to install 39-095?

A quick learner from Isanti,MN says:
I need to replace the crank-outs on 24 of the Anderson Windows at my church. ( 39-095 Anderson Straight Arm Operator. I have the parts. Can you send me instructions on how to do it? I am very handy and can figure just about anything out. Please?

Thanks for contacting us. Replacing the 39-095 Andersen Straight Arm Operator is a process that is very similar to any other casement operator. First, you have to remove the inside wood sill cover to expose the screws. You can pry up the sill using a prybar like our 75-081--just be careful, as it's held on with nails and you don't want to crack the wood. This will expose the screws from the base of the operator, which you will want to remove. After that, simply slide the operator end clip out of the track and remove. From there, just reverse the process to install the new hardware!
