How to make inswing storm door

what parts do i need to make a new Larson door swing in. will the latch 40-028 work? Will the factory holes line up? The new doorcomes with two hydraulic closers top and bottom, will I need two parts # 40-006 brackets as well?

It really depends on the setup you have now. Larson used a number of different latches for their doors and I don't know what you have.
For the 40-028, you will need the mounting hole centers at 1-3/4". If you want to install both closers, you will need two of the 40-006 brackets, like you mentioned. Seeing that the door is going to swing in you might only need to use one of the closers.
