How to measure the IWC Latch

Question

how do you remove an ICW sliding window latch? I don't see any mounting screws. Can the latch control bar be replaced or does the entire unit need to be replaced?

I also need the recommended replacement parts.

These are screwed in from the back end. You'll have to tilt the sash in and have someone hold it in place so that you can access the screws; if you don't have a second pair of hands ready to help then you can just remove the sash and place it on a stable surface.
