You have a video on how to install. Do you have a video on how to remove Sash Stop Device on a Casement Window? Mine is on the top of the window.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

We don't have a video on how to remove the 39-398, no. You would just reverse the process shown in the video. Where exactly are you running into problems?

A friend from Victoria BC says:
I can't seems to remove the sash stopper from the top of the window. So I don't know how to remove that. But thank you for your reply and your time.

Thanks
Eva

Thanks, Eva. If you wanted to remove the whole thing, you'd just unscrew it. If you only wanted to disconnect the arm from the bracket, you have to first snap that little metal clip back with a screwdriver. That's called a "detach clip" and it's what holds the arm to the peg on the bracket. Once that snaps back, the arm will come loose and you can open the window all the way.

A friend from Victoria BC says:
Thank you so much and I will give that a try.
