I am not sure what you are implying by "replacing the doors"? If you are referring to replacing the glass in the doors, yes that can be done by a qualified glass company. However if you are thinking of replacing the door panels and reusing the existing tracks/frame, I don't believe that will work. Patio door manufactures design their patio doors and frames to work in conjunction with each other. Best to start fresh and replace the complete patio door unit.
