How to replace a window certainteed tilt latch

Normally, the 26-317 Certainteed tilt latches snap into a pre-punched hole in the sash. There is one hole where you can use a #8 x 3/4" flathead screw (not included), either pre-drilled or self-tapping. I hope that information helps.
