Thanks for contacting us. Taking these operators out can be tricky, but you should be able to do it headache-free. You will first need to take out the bottom torque bar. Now, there should be a nylon or metal bracket on one end of the bar. Unscrew both sides and pull that end up first, then the other. After that, you should be able to unscrew your crank. Like I said, it can be tricky. Just be patient and you'll have it out in no time.
