How to you remove these window mechanisms are they easy to replace. Is there a video or printed directions. We have this style off window on our home. I just cannot figure out how to remove it for replacement.

You will have to remove the wooden trim that covers the operator. Watch the video below to see how. Please note that the operator featured in the video is different, but the method of removing the wood trim is the same.
