How to use?

I just purchased the 75-070 and received it and when trying to use, the tool just slips out of the head of the screw. Am I using it improperly or is there a trick to it?

During fastener removal, the tool works based on pressure against the "high wall" of the fastener head. Perhaps you are not applying enough pressure? Also, check that the fastener on the opposite side is not spinning.
