How well does 26-387 secure a double hung window?

I'm interested in purchasing your 26387 vent lock kit.  Can you tell me how well it secures a double hung window?  Thanks,  Julia

Thanks for posting on our discussion board, Julia! Our 26-387, Face Mount Single Action Vent Lock Kit, works very well for double hung windows. You should take a look at our tutorial video for how to install this very same kit. It should grant you some insight as to how well it works.
