Hung window lock/strike and balance removers

See our 90-323. Look it over and see if this matches the sash lock you need. For your Take-Out Clips, I am afraid this type has been discontinued for some time and we've never been able to find it anywhere. You may need to instead mount above the hole in the window track where these clips go, then use that screw to catch the balances during removal and replacement. I apologize for the inconvenience.
