Hung window parts

Question

One of the hung window  balance and I believe what is called a sash cam are broken. I would like to replace both sides parts. But I unable to identify the exact parts. Pleas help, picture attached. Thanks

Thanks for your post! The window balance you have here is a custom, Apex style channel balance. These have a staple-like bracket in the shoe that the hook attaches to.

We can provide the replacements for them but I'll need to know the number of balances you intend to purchase, the quantity minimum is (2) balances.

The guide, at the top corner of the sash, reminds me of the 18-171 Stepped Sash Guide. Carefully look over the specification below to confirm this is a replacement match.
