One arm is stamped Truth

Base is 4-15/16" wide, short arm is 4-7/8" long, long arm is 10"

Thanks for posting! This Hurd dual arm crank can likely be replaced with the 39-253LB Encore Dual Arm Operator. The link arm is connected to a bracket like the 39-546. This operator does not come with a built in cover, so you'll need either the 39-376 or 39-452 as well.

To confirm that this is the correct replacements you'll need to compare the dimensions and confirm that the compatible attachments are a match.

You'll find the opposite versions of the operator, cover kits, and brackets tagged below with the other compatible accessories.

Here is a picture of the removed operator. It appears that in addition to the operator I will need the 39-529 track slider and the cover as you noted.

What is the length of the long arm on the 39-253LB?

The length of that arm should be 11" from the center of the post the gear at the bottom of the arm.

The order for the parts can be placed directly on the website. You'll need to visit their webpages to add the items to the cart. Be sure to add the cover kits as well.
