Hurd Casement window year 2000 Operator mechanism

Hey Phyllis. I am afraid I can't cross-reference that number to a specific part in our catalog. Can you send us a picture of your casement operator? A bird's eye view, with the window open so we can see the entire mechanism including the link arm(s), would best. I should be able to narrow down what you need from there.
