Thanks for reaching out to us! Your patio door tandem roller can likely be replaced with our 81-158 Dual Roller Assembly. To confirm, be sure to double check the dimensions in comparison with yours. The main difference between this roller and your existing roller is the gap at the top but that should not make a difference in the installation.

That could be a fit, however, you'll need to be sure to review and compare the measurements. The body height for the 81-155 is 1-1/32", so you'll need to be sure that it would fit into the bottom of the door properly. It is a small difference, so it may still work.
