Looking for the top and bottom window hardware for this Hurd window. Windows are all original on a home built in 1979.

Thanks for you post! It sounds like you're looking for the casement window hinge. I suggest taking a look at the 36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set as replacement. If you are looking for a stainless steel version, take a look at the 36-004-10.
You will need to use one set to replace both the top and bottom hinges. Both of these sets can be used for right and left handed applications.
