Unfortunately, we can't confirm the correct replacement based on manufacturer information since our parts are used by various brands. With that being said, I agree that the 81-018 looks like a promising replacement option as long as the dimensions below compare to yours.

As for the foot lock, I can't be sure of what you need base on your photo but we do carry a handful of secondary locks. Take a look at our selection here to determine if one of the might work for your application. Then 82-051 and 82-040 would be a good place to start. Thank you!
