Hurd window crank assembly is stripped

I can't crank my window closed once we I open it. No problem opening. 6 crank assemblies are stripped.

Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see the entire assembly to compare to our inventory. If you could open the window so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible, we can go from there. You can close the sash by hand. Thank you!
