Hurd window - missing part of shoe?

Question

Shoe? (part that goes in track) appears to be missing a white maybe plastic cap.  First photo shows window with cap missing. Third photo shoes what it should look like.  Any ideas?  Thank you!

Unfortunately, the operator wheel at the end of the arm is not available separately, but we offer new-style replacement operators. Take a look at the 13-1/2" and 9-1/2" operator pairs to see if the arm length of one of them matches your assembly. Thanks for posting!
