Many thanks for your post. I am afraid I am not familiar with the magnetic clips you're describing. Can you send us pictures of these clips, removed from the window if possible? We will do our best to narrow down your options from there.

Ok I'll take pictures when I'm back at the house. I'll take the windows that stay up and the windows that won't stay up. I thank you so much for writing back and trying to solve my problem.

If you can get pictures of the hardware removed, that would be excellent, but even photos of the pieces in the window tracks would be a huge help. We will do our best to find what you need from there. We'll be here when you can get back to us!

These are spring loaded and they're broken in one of the 2 windows that won't stay up. If you can source them for me I would need 2 for each window left and right side.

Thanks! What you have here is a broken coil balance cover. The spring itself also looks like it's damaged; it shouldn't be spooling out underneath the cover like that.

We should be able to help, but these photos are currently only the tip of the ice berg. In order to narrow down the list of possibilities, we need more information from you. To start, I need you to show me a photo of the pivot shoe, which is what the springs connect to on the bottom. This will allow me to determine what kind of spring compatibility is required. I also need you to measure the thickness of the spring and tell me what you get. This will allow me to decide what size cover you need.

Lastly, you mentioned that these are magnetic, but I've never heard of a magnetic coil spring. Can you clarify?

I can't really speak for what another company might have told you, but speaking from experience, I've never heard of a magnetic component in a coil balance system. It's possible you have a very unique exception to the rule, but I won't know that until I have more data.
