Hy-lite Casement operator circa late 90s

This is good operator on one of two identical windows I have on bathrooms in my side by side duplex. This goes to a Hy-lite casement with a 2 wide-5 down 8x8" acrylic block design. No longer made by Hy-lite and they'd have to jerry-rig an operator from current parts to replace it.
The window with the rusted out operator is on my tenant's side and is basically seized shut. Am hoping these pictures will do as I do not want to undo the mechanism on my window.
There is stamping on the top of the operator that says Entry Gard and another word I can't make out. The bottom of the operator is stamped with the number 40754.
