Thank you for reaching out to us. We'd be happy to help with this but it will have to be a custom order due to the configuration. Can you remove an undamaged balance from the window, as well as the pivot shoe, and show us some photos? We would also like you to write out the thickness and width dimensions for the pivot shoe.
