Our customer has white plastic/vinyl spiral balances like your picture. However they do not have a stamp, or they have worn off. They do not have any indication that it has worn off it seems as if there was never any stamps.

Hello there. This doesn't look like a hybrid balance to me. It reminds me of the stock Series 600 which measures 9/16" in diameter (considered 5/8" in the trade). Can you confirm the outer tube diameter for yours? Can you also take a clear shot of the inside of the bottom of the tube? It'd be helpful to see the plastic bearing.
Thank you for getting back to us. We still aren't convinced this is a hybrid balance from these photos. There are usually a few telling signs such as a stamp on the tube and the size. Even the pivot shoe isn't commonly used on hybrid balances. We can supply you with hybrid balances but note that custom orders are nonrefundable. Would that be something you're interested in? If so, we will need to know the precise weight of the sash, down to the ounce.
For the 3/8" diameter balances, we recommend the Series 900. Are you looking for the pivot shoe as well? We'd need the written-out thickness and width dimensions if so.
