Thanks for reaching out to us! We'd be happy to help with this. However, given your stamp, the length of the tube should be 19-1/2" . Can you confirm? Would it also be possible for us to see photos of the stamp and of the balance itself? Custom orders are nonrefundable so we just want to be thorough.

I provide the tube length for the bottom balance rods, however it's the tops I'm trying to replace. It clearly shows Ultra-Lift 19-32 LBS in the attached photo. The bottom rods are DH 22-30 LBS which I do not need.

Thanks for verifying. Emily isn't here today but I'll be helping you with this project moving forward.
It's fairly common for the top sash balances to be a different size compared to the bottom. We can supply the gray tube 19-32 Ultra Lift balances, but they are indeed only 19-1/2" long. I'll email you a quote for that now, but you should measure the balances you actually want to replace before you place an order. Better safe than sorry.
