Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply these balances but it will have to be a custom order due to the fact that they're so heavy-duty. However, your balance length doesn't match up with the stamp you've given. Could you show us a photo of the stamp and confirm the length of the balance? When determining length, you only want to measure the outer metal tube.

Hi Emily,

I attached a picture of the stamp and the tube measures 33.5". This is the original balance that came with this window. Let me know what you think. Thank You.

Thank you kindly for confirming that for me! That's odd. The tube should measure as 29-1/2" based on the stamp. Since the tube is 33-1/2" long, the stamp must be incorrect. In order for us to get the appropriate strength calibration, we will need you to remove the window sash and weigh it on a scale. Get back to us with the exact sash weight and we can work from there.

Ok, so I made a mistake with the stamp. The photo of the stamp I sent you was from the upper sash. The lower one, which is the one we need the balances for, does not have any stamp on it. It measures 33.5' and the window sash weighs 52.2 lbs. I attached photos of the weight and measurements. Thank You.

Hello! Emily isn't here today but I will do my best to assist you from here.

Thanks for confirming the correct balance. That makes the whole situation a whole lot clearer. If your tube is 33.5" long and the sash is only a hair over 55 pounds, then I think it's safe to say that the 33-52 stamp is what you need.

What I'll do now is email you a purchase link and price quote for two balances made with that stamp. you can use that to place an order on our site.

Please let me know if you had any questions and I would be happy to assist you.
