Hybrid Balance Quote Request

Question

I need to order new balances. As you can see in the pics the metal portion is 28" but the plastic tip has broken off. Should I order 28 or 29 inch spirals?

Will my existing white sleeves fit over your balances?

Window sash is 13lb so I assume the red tip is the correct part to order?

Hello there!

Based on what I see here, you have the Series 900 (3/8" diameter tube) or Series 600 (5/8" diameter tube) with a red tip option. Note, you only want to measure the outer tube when determining length, not the inner spring.
