The existing balances do not have any stampings on them anywhere. However the Sash is very heavy, a guesstimate would be about 80-90lbs.

Thanks for posting. Since the balances do not have stamps on them, it is likely that you may not have Hybrid Balances.
May I please see a photo of your existing balances and any related hardware that might be in the window channel or attached to the window? I'll also need to know the exact weight of the window as the range you've given is very large for spiral balances. Please also confirm the diameter of the balance and if it has a tip color.
I cannot guarantee a replacement but I would be more than happy to take a look.

Hi, They are not the spiral balances, they are ultra lift. The tube measures 39 1/2 inches.

Thanks for confirming and for the photos. You'll need to check the other balances for any stamps that would help to indicate what type of Hybrid Balance you'll need.
If you are not able to locate any stamps at all, I'll need to know the exact weight of the sash, down to the ounce.
