Hybrid Balance Quote Request

Hi. Ia??m having problems with a compact non tilt sliding windows. The current balances are broken on the tips that connect to the sash & plate. I looked into many of your videos & thought it was a spiral balance but it turns out to be a pretension balance. I would like to replace 2 balances for my window. Ideally I would like to swap that balance system for a spiral balance but Ia??m not sure if thata??s doable or if the balance should remain the same. Please let me know if you have ultralift balance for purchase

Thanks for writing in! It is typically recommended to replace a majority of window hardware with an exact replacement. So, you would need to purchase another set of Hybrid balances to make the repair.

Before making your purchase, I would absolutely suggest double checking the length of your balance tube, especially since custom balances are non-refundable and non-returnable. The length of the replacement is 37-1/2".
