Thanks for reaching out to us. Your 3125 stamp is a bit odd; it should be something like 31-25. Can you confirm that for us? 

If it is indeed 3125 then we'd like to see photos of the stamp as well as the balance itself and the precise weight of the sash. This isn't a standard stamp and custom orders are nonrefundable so we'd just like to be thorough.
