Hyperbuilt , Trouble locating Rail Slide Support

I am a Project Manager over at Hyperbuilt. I was told that you might be able to assist me in locating a Cabinet Rail Slide Support that I can't seem to find anywhere ? photos attached. I have photos of the rails as well if you need those?just let me know.



The homeowner has been patient thus far with me trying to hunt these down but is quickly losing her patience because this search has taken a while. Any urgency is appreciated.
