I am looking for this spring assembly please

Thanks for reaching out to us. It's hard to tell from these photos, but it almost looks like you have two different balance assemblies here. The assembly you removed appears different from the one that's still in the window. Can you confirm?

That said, for the hardware that's been removed, would it be possible to see that from the front, and as close to assembled condition as you can managed? Can you also tell me its width and thickness?

If the balance that's still installed is a different design, then I'll need to see that removed, as well.

Thanks, that makes a lot of sense. This second assembly looks like the old Simonton balance system. Simonton unfortunately discontinued this balance assembly some years ago. Because of that, we're unable to supply an exact match. However we do have an alternative that functions just as well if you don't mind doing a little handiwork. The video below will go over exactly what you need to buy and how it installs, step by step. Just note that you will need the precise weight of your sash to determine the proper spring calibrations.

For the first balance assembly, I still need a clear picture of the front and preferably in undamaged condition, or at least assembled. Your photo here only shows the back end, which is unclear. I also need its dimensions as described in my previous response.
