I am looking to order a replacement for the entire Mechanism if possible

Hello, could you id this part? The bar the attaches to the awning window is 16" long. I need to replace the entire wind crank mechanism and the arms. The bar seems to be fine. The end of the openers attach to the 16" bar at the bottom of the window with plastic locking clips.
