I am looking to replace these cranks with folding crank to better fit with blinds.

Are there right and left handles or are they the same? Is the 39-107FK the best replacement? The contractor measured the spindle at 3/8 with 12 spines. He could be off by a 32nd though. Current cover is 5 1/4 inch long and 1 1/8 high. Thanks
