I am looking to replace this part for a customer and i am wondering if 40-193 is it

I see that 40-193 resembles exactly what I am looking for does it come with all parts shown including a thumb turn lock keyed up with keys or does that need to be bought separate like the strike plate. I am assuming it comes with the handles as well as the mortise latch

Thanks for posting! The 40-193 comes with the key cylinder along with the handles and mortise lock. The keeper is sold separately, though, if you also needed that. See our 40-197.
