The latches have a flap. The handle itself is 4 inches. The mounting piece is about 2 3/8 inches with two screws. The holes for the screws are about 1 1/4 inches apart.
I need 4 left hand and 6 right hand handles.

Milgard vinyl windows (about 25 years old!) There isn't a part number on these.

Good morning, thanks for contacting us! This looks similar to SWISCO part number 38-155, which also has the same hole spacing. Look it over and let me know if this would act as a good replacement lock option.

When I look at the picture detail of model 38-155, it looks like the spacing of the screws is larger on mine. I didn't measure from the center of the hole. If I do that, the space is 1.5 inches, not 1 1/4 inches.

In that case, see our 38-174. This might be a better match.
