I am trying to identify a window from the hardware

I hope you can help me.  I have a picture of a distinctive double hung lock.  I am trying to use this to identify the product and order parts.  I attached a picture.  I hopw you can help.

We don't sell this exact lock style, unfortunately, but I'd be happy to look into it for you. Before I recommend anything, can you please tell me the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center? Can you also remove the lock and show me the keeper it engages with? Finally, if you happen to know who made the window, that would be a huge help. Check the inside of the frame for any labels or stickers that may give a clue to that end.
