I believe I need a flush pull

I'm afraid we don't have a sash lift that works in the same way as the one I see in your photos. The only sash lift we carry that might work for you is something like our 26-174, but this screws directly to the face of the sash. You'd have to drill new holes and it still wouldn't solve the problem of the big empty hole. I'm sorry we cannot offer an alternative replacement.
