Your photo reminds me of the 26-316 at first glance. Look over the measurements below to confirm if this could work for your application. Note that the backset of at least one installation hole would need to match your original pivot bar. Thank you!
Not sure that will work. My holes are half inch 3/4inch from hole to hole over all is 2 and 1/2 inches. The tilt part off the pin is short mine is 3/4,inches long the one you have doesn't have a measurement. The backset overall is right in length it's from the backset forward that is short. I have also looked into this for you but, unfortunately, I was unable to locate an exact match for your pivot bar with a 3/4" projection. The 26-226 may be worth considering but it is clearly not an exact match and modifications may be necessary if you are able to install them. Review the dimensions below and see what you think.
